* Pool Heat / SPA: rental for $35/day + taxes, must be for your entire stay. When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 5 days before the check-in date. Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.
Please be aware that package deliveries are not accepted at the resort. For more information, please inquire with us directly. Housekeeping services can be arranged upon request for an additional charge. All waste must be placed in trash bags before being disposed of in the trash drop door at the end of the hallway. However, we do welcome pets with an additional Pet Fee of $150 + taxes. Please adhere to our policy to avoid penalties.
